Recovering from injury, Violet started her new life by working at CH Postal Services after fighting with her new protective family. There, he watched by chance the world "Auto Memory Doll," amanuenses that translate people's thoughts and feelings into words on paper. Hint
"I want to know what love is" with this sentence, Violet's journey has begun.

It is a journey of words, words that have the power to influence one's future and change their perspective of the world. Finding the right words for loved ones is not easy and Violet found out through meetings with different people who have stories to tell.

This story is made with words, words on a piece of paper that can save a dear brother from despair, can show love and bring a mother to her child even after she leaves, can make parents understand what their child wants to do. do with his future, can connect two distant hearts that crave each other, can bring the news of happiness or sadness to someone dear and finally can make people understand each other.

The letters that contain these words are the key to unlocking the locket in people's hearts and breaking the iron shackles that hold their emotions. Every letter must be sent to its destination because every written word represents the sender's original feelings for a loved one. Violet has a past that is only filled with cold words that slowly begin to experience new words during her journey as an Automatic Memory Doll, warmth. words of compassion, affection, and love. Those words melted the ice around Violet's heart and contributed to her growth as a human.

During his journey, the world is filled with bitter words and not only words of happiness but that does not diminish his enthusiasm even though it brings back memories of sadness, even he accepts words as part of himself and grows stronger. He does his best every time to understand the meaning behind those words and give the right words to the people who need them. A sweet girl who lost her beloved to the battlefield, she stood up, raised her head from the ground, took the first step and continued to live despite the intense pain on her shoulders. I love you, Violet!

The speed is right for our character and Violet's growth because life is not meant to be escaped, every happy moment needs to be enjoyed and every difficulty must be overcome, life is a battlefield that each of us has its own struggles, it's all part of life. The emotional atmosphere combined with subtle visuals and beautiful ost created around the stories of the characters attract the audience's raw emotions and tears will be spent instead.

Violet Evergarden is a love letter devoted to life, a lesson about hardships and happy moments in life, it's about getting up and moving even though there are obstacles waiting for you and it will get better after each episode as the taste of wine gets better as we get older. Rich thematically, visually stunning with alluring charm Violet Evergarden is a gem that may be hated by many viewers or has a special place in the hearts of its audience, can bring peace of mind and calm your heart, it is a show that needs attention. enjoyed. for a special taste called LIFE.

Because every trip that ends it's time to part with our main hero Violet who has reached her final destination but her struggle with life will continue as long as she doesn't give up, so my review of this exciting show has ended. I want to thank all of you who have provided a little of their time to read the words I wrote on paper to create something that I hope will make a slight change and try this show.

Hint
"As humans, we all mature physically from childhood to adolescence and then mature, but our emotions are left behind." - Bernard Sumner

This is the most memorable quote that comes to mind every time I watch Violet Evergarden and makes me ask myself this question: how do you learn emotions?

Experience? Do you know the definition? Or maybe ... By writing a letter to someone else? Thus the answer VE.

Story: 7
I like the novel, so obviously, I like the story. They did make me worry about the original episode at first, but later they managed to adapt most of the best chapters. There are some that are independent: 5,6,7,10,11. The rest involved Violet and her coworkers.

The first half did not look promising, but the second half improved. I think that's because they put a lot of adventure in the second half, involving only Violet and customers, which gave more room for growth than being surrounded by other workers. He is the type who learns quickly when he is alone, arguably. Witnessing changes little by little, a girl's emotions and to some extent is annoying for people who can experience emotions very pleasant.

The story is not unique in the sense that he tries to find the meaning of "love", but when it is revealed he also learns other feelings, and soon we don't get "I want to know the meaning of" I love you "" lined up.

Pacing sometimes becomes a problem, for example, episode 6, where I barely knew about Leon. They can do more but I guess you should expect that when you have less than 20 minutes to cover the adventure. But in most cases, they give us accurate and detailed flashbacks to get to know our customers well.

Anime removes portions of the novel that are very bad: I will start with magic, a giant war ax almost twice the size of Violet. I just can't believe he can maneuver properly, even before he gets the robot arm. Glad they got rid of it. They also make Violet very passive compared to the novel, which helps to emphasize her growth even more, but this is at the cost of making her battle scenes near the end of the series ridiculous, because she chose to go without weapons at all, but still managed to defeat them.

Another review shows the technological and cultural inaccuracies in VE, but personally, it does not affect me except maybe for robot arms that seem more advanced than we have at the moment ... Instead, I am more disturbed by fighting Scenes: a girl aged 14/15 Years of fighting against trained soldiers, sometimes without weapons ... I understand that he is the OP, but ... the way his adventure goes easily at certain times is one of the main weaknesses of this show.

There are some parts of the novel that I want them to include, for example, Hodgins was supposed to visit Violet several times when he was in the hospital and which helped develop parent-child relationships. They were somewhat trying to adjust it on the sidelines of the adventure, but I guess that wasn't enough. The other is of Violet origin. They are not deep enough about it and make people think that he has become emotionless because of his time in the army.

Art: 10
This is probably the best part and what makes VE get such high expectations. The facial expressions are very good, the view is incredible ... If I show my best, I will say the starry night scene (Ep 6), the street lights and the city of Leiden as a whole. I also like the way they put a lot of flowers in the whole series (especially Ep 5, you can see one almost every 5 seconds). The reason I mention this is because flowers are an important theme here: if you see the names of most characters, all of them are related to flowers.

"People's names always have some kind of meaning." —Akatsuki Kana (VE writer)

If I show a negative ... Sometimes, maybe this is just once, they put too much emphasis on a scene that doesn't really deserve it. In Episode 4, when Violet was first introduced to the villagers, they suddenly left with animation, including a sudden gust of wind and dancing foliage everywhere. This is amazing, but not very valuable.

Votes: 7
I like OP and ED, but that's all. That doesn't make me listen to it over and over again like Aimer's Ref: rain (the best ED for me this season). Background music is fine, but they are often beaten or skipped: they will sometimes repeat it for too long and in other cases, the music doesn't fit the mood at all. But overall it's still fun.

Characters: 8
From blind obedience to murder to the development of a conscious conscience, Violet's growth is truly extraordinary, with the difference between a clear past and the present. His outspoken and fearless character often becomes a barrier to his success as a puppet, but as the series continues, he successfully uses it in the right circumstances. His military saluted him, his official language, his expressionless face ... They all changed. This is what the novel cannot give, fine details that show signs of growth.

The only disappointment is the development of other characters, especially Hodgins, Cattleya and Benedict. This novel also doesn't have this, but I guess it's predictable because so much is invested in Violet and its customers.

Fun: 8

Overall: 8
Good, but not a masterpiece.
